The YoLink wireless Water Sensor is incredibly easy to install; users simply need to place it near or under the equipment they wish to monitor, such as toilets, water heaters, laundry machines, dishwashers, sinks, fish tanks, sump pumps, or any other location prone to water leaks and flooding. This "SET IT & FORGET IT!" approach ensures a hassle-free setup.

Powered by LoRa technology, the long-range yet low-power system offers the industry's longest receiving range, reaching up to 1/4 mile. This extended coverage enables the sensors to be used in areas challenging for most residential WiFi systems, including basements, outdoor porch/patio areas, sheds, free-standing garages, and even remote outbuildings on the property.

The patented Control-D2D device-to-device pairing, over the LoRa-based wireless network, allows the devices to continue operating even if the WiFi is unstable, the internet goes down, or the AC power fails. This "NO WIFI, NO INTERNET, NO POWER? NO PROBLEM!" feature ensures uninterrupted monitoring and alerts.

The YoLink Hub can support more than 300 devices and is compatible with the entire line of YoLink smart products, including security, environmental, power & lighting, smart locks, and cameras (coming soon), unlocking the full potential of a "SMART HOME."

The kit comes with all the necessary requirements: an Android or Apple smartphone, an ethernet connection with internet access or a stable 2.4GHz WiFi connection. The free app provides 5 free texts per device per month, with additional 200 or 500 texts available for $2 or $5 per month, respectively.

Lastly, the kit includes eight replaceable AAA batteries that can power the sensors for over 5 years, ensuring a long-lasting and maintenance-free operation.
